Velkou v\u00fdhodou je mo\u017enost 3D zobrazen\u00ed struktur oka, kter\u00e9 umo\u017e\u0148uje prov\u00e1d\u011bt \u0159ezy &#8222;v kostce&#8220; &#8211; r\u016fzn\u011b s nimi ot\u00e1\u010det.<\/p>\n<p>Vy\u0161et\u0159en\u00ed na spektr\u00e1ln\u00edm OCT usnadn\u00ed diagnostiku r\u016fzn\u00fdch chorob a umo\u017en\u00ed rychlej\u0161\u00ed a spr\u00e1vn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed rozhodnut\u00ed k nasazen\u00ed speci\u00e1ln\u00ed l\u00e9\u010dby. Sledov\u00e1n\u00ed v \u010dase pak umo\u017en\u00ed hodnotit jak efektn\u00ed je nasazen\u00e1 l\u00e9\u010dba, usnadn\u00ed p\u0159esn\u011b indikovat aplikace l\u00e9k\u016f do sklivce, dovoluje tak\u00e9 indikovat chirurgick\u00e9 \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed ur\u010dit\u00fdch patologick\u00fdch stav\u016f nitra oka. Spektr\u00e1ln\u00ed OCT dovede vy\u0161et\u0159it i p\u0159edn\u00ed segment oka, p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm rohovku a komorov\u00fd \u00fahel. Lze prov\u00e1d\u011bt bezkontaktn\u00ed m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed \u0161\u00ed\u0159ky komorov\u00e9ho \u00fahlu zejm\u00e9na u zelen\u00e9ho z\u00e1kalu, ale tak\u00e9 po\u00farazov\u00fdch stav\u016f a jejich hodnocen\u00ed s odstupem \u010dasu.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00edky tomuto vy\u0161et\u0159en\u00ed lze odhalit i\u00a0po\u010d\u00ednaj\u00edc\u00ed onemocn\u011bn\u00ed s\u00edtnice,\u00a0je\u017e nebylo mo\u017en\u00e9 zachytit pomoc\u00ed doposud dostupn\u00fdch metod vy\u0161et\u0159en\u00ed s\u00edtnice.<\/p>\n<p>Pomoc\u00ed OCT vy\u0161et\u0159en\u00ed o\u010dn\u00ed specialista dok\u00e1\u017ee\u00a0v\u010das zachytit o\u010dn\u00ed onemocn\u011bn\u00ed jako jsou :<br \/>\n&#8211; v\u011bkem podm\u00edn\u011bn\u00e1 makul\u00e1rn\u00ed degenerace<br \/>\n&#8211; glaukomov\u00e9 onemocn\u011bn\u00ed (zelen\u00fd z\u00e1kal)<br \/>\n&#8211; n\u00e1dorov\u00e1 onemocn\u011bn\u00ed oka<br \/>\n&#8211; otoky na s\u00edtnici u pacient\u016f s cukrovkou<br \/>\n&#8211; makul\u00e1rn\u00ed d\u00edru a dal\u0161\u00ed onemocn\u011bn\u00ed oka<\/p>\n<p>Vy\u0161et\u0159en\u00ed je nebolestiv\u00e9, relativn\u011b kr\u00e1tk\u00e9, nen\u00ed pot\u0159eba oko rozkap\u00e1vat, tak\u017ee pacient m\u016f\u017ee potom odjet dom\u016f t\u0159eba autem. V\u00fdsledek vy\u0161et\u0159en\u00ed je vz\u00e1p\u011bt\u00ed a to v podob\u011b barevn\u00e9ho p\u0159esn\u00e9ho zobrazen\u00ed v\u0161ech vy\u0161et\u0159ovan\u00fdch struktur oka. I kdy\u017e je\u00a0 toto zobrazen\u00ed velmi p\u0159esn\u00e9, diagn\u00f3za z tohoto vy\u0161et\u0159en\u00ed se u n\u011bkter\u00fdch onemocn\u011bn\u00ed s\u00edtnice i zrakov\u00e9ho nervu mus\u00ed doplnit dal\u0161\u00edmi vy\u0161et\u0159en\u00edmi. L\u00e9ka\u0159, kter\u00fd spektr\u00e1ln\u00ed OCT vyhodnot\u00ed, pacienta v\u017edy pou\u010d\u00ed a vysv\u011btl\u00ed mu v\u00fdsledek.<br \/>\nProto\u017ee toto vy\u0161et\u0159en\u00ed vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 optick\u00e9ho paprsku a jeho odrazu, je neprovediteln\u00e9 u o\u010d\u00ed, kter\u00e9 maj\u00ed nepr\u016fhledn\u00e1 m\u00e9dia \u2013 tedy rohovku, \u010do\u010dku nebo sklivec. Toto vy\u0161et\u0159en\u00ed vy\u017eaduje tak\u00e9 spolupr\u00e1ci pacienta \u2013 klid hlavy a o\u010d\u00ed p\u0159i vy\u0161et\u0159en\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Vy\u0161et\u0159en\u00ed na OCT\u00a0nen\u00ed hrazeno ze zdravotn\u00edho poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed.\u00a0Pos\u00edl\u00e1 na n\u011b v indikovan\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edpadech o\u010dn\u00ed ambulantn\u00ed l\u00e9ka\u0159 po dohod\u011b s pacientem. Na vy\u0161et\u0159en\u00ed se ale m\u016f\u017ee objednat i s\u00e1m pacient, kter\u00fd m\u00e1 z\u00e1jem zjistit stav sv\u00fdch o\u010d\u00ed a jejich struktur.
